WHY PEOPLE COMMIT SUICIDE

Understanding her intentions: I don’t want to die I just want to close my eyes and never wake up  I don’t want to cut myself I just want to spill the secrets and imperfections I kept hidden inside  I don’t want to drown I just want to float over my sorrows I’ll leave behind  I don’t want to hang myself  I just want to hang the alter ego and say Goodbye I don’t want nightmares But I don’t like this reality I don’t want to die But I don’t want to live loosing the person I used to be. Summary: I made this poem to give a voice to the people who generally find themselves battling inner conflict.
